Rental equipment may only be picked up or dropped off during rental hours. The Electric Bike Battery may not be dropped off when Skirack is closed.
The Skirack parking lot is available for customers only while shopping in the store. Please ask a staff member for parking recommendations during your rental if necessary.
Of our rental bikes, our Electric Bike Battery is only compatible with the Vado SL.
Persons under 16 years of age may not operate a Class 3 electric bicycle; this includes Skirack's rental Electric Hybrid Bikes. Electric bikes are prohibited on sidewalks.

The retail price of an Electric Bike Battery is $450.00.
Should you decide to cancel or change the time of your reservation, please call the store at least twenty-four hours in advance of your pickup time. Reservations must be cancelled at least one day in advance for a refund.
Skirack staff will do our best to assist in the event of a flat tire or mechanical issue during a rental, but the time it will take to help is dependent on staffing, particularly on busy, thinly-staffed days.
