- An Electric Cargo Bike rental includes helmets and a lock at no additional cost. An electric bike reserved for multiple days also includes a charger.
- Rental equipment may only be picked up or dropped off during rental hours. Bikes may not be dropped off when Skirack is closed.
- The Skirack parking lot is available for customers only while shopping in the store. Please ask a staff member for parking recommendations during your rental if necessary.
- Both Electric Cargo Bikes include bells, fenders, rear racks, water bottle cages and kickstands, but neither include basket mounts. The Electric Cargo Bike with the Globe Throttle includes a Globe LT Adjustable Cargo Rail, Globe LT Running Boards, a Globe Front Rack, three Globe Passenger Seats and two Coolcave Panniers. The Electric Cargo Bike without a throttle includes a Passenger Handlebar.
- Persons under 16 years of age may not operate a Class 3 electric bicycle; this includes Skirack's rental Electric Cargo Bikes. Electric bikes are prohibited on sidewalks.
- The retail price of an Electric Cargo Bike is $3,500.00.
- One paid single-day bike rental can be applied towards the purchase of a new bike!
- All sizing recommendations are provided by Specialized.
- There is a discounted afternoon rental rate option of $65 per Electric Cargo Bike offered only as availability allows after 1 pm on a given day. This reduced rate may not be reserved ahead of time.
- Should you decide to cancel or change the time of your reservation, please call the store at least twenty-four hours in advance of your pickup time. Reservations must be cancelled at least one day in advance for a refund.
